Well its nearly 24hrs later

We have Charlie with us, here are a couple pictures of him after he has been bathed.

It's about time!

Charlie Benjamin Shick was born on December 18th 2008 at 4:56pm. We almost had to release him, he only weighed 7lbs 4oz and is 20 1/2 inches long, just barely a keeper. Jenny is doing great and eating. She was brave and strong till the end. Even though she wimped out and had an epidural. She is my hero. The pictures show Charlie at different stages of distress, but the first one is a chart of Jenny's contractions around 2:00pm.

We got a visit from the DR!

The Dr came in around 1:30pm. Jenny was only at 2cm. Guess the wait goes on. Stay tuned. He broke her water and put a electrodish heart monitor on the baby and took the belly sensor off. Why? What I dont understand make me very nervous and un-settled. :/

I don't have any batteries for the camera yet. I have to wait for the gift shop to open. If I am sneaky enough I'll put up a glamour shot of Jenny. Well till something important happens or till i get some batteries for the camera
